We invest in what we call Staged Plays. After each play increases in value by at least $50K, it is eligible to be sold and a new property bought. Ideally, one property becomes two thus beginning the production line of appreciation and income. As these Cash Events or sales of the property become more frequent, wealth begins to accumulate. Your frequency will depend on your credit score, availability of capital and comfort level. As you become more confident, you will move to the (RAM) Rapid Acquisition Mode and achieve financial independence more quickly.

The key to profitability is to find the markets ready to explode before everyone else. Our partner, Green Light Real Estate LLC, has the intuitive track record of doing exactly that. Our investors receive e-mails once or twice a month with scheduled conference call dates to hear the opportunities our analysts have uncovered. The conference calls last approximately one hour. 95% of these properties are sold out to our investors within hours of the conference call.
